• Pending deposit: deposits stay pending until the transfer is verified. Check your deposits for the reference code.
• Withdrawal not received: items stay reserved until delivery is confirmed; failed withdrawals return items to your inventory automatically.
• Marketplace problem: open a dispute from your orders.
• Question about a result: verify it on the Fairness page, then report the round if something looks wrong.
• Self-exclusion: ask support to lock trading on your account. We'll do it without questions.
